Item is flawless and new or unused:

• Return period is 4 weeks after receipt
• The item can be returned at your own expense or returned in person.
• The purchase price will be fully refunded.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Item is defective:

• Return period is 4 weeks after receipt
• The item can be returned at our expense or returned in person.
• Either the purchase price will be fully refunded, or the product will be exchanged.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Item is used but without defects:

• Return period is 4 weeks after receipt
• The item can be returned at your own expense or returned in person.
• Return and processing after consultation.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

• Order value between 0 and 100 Euros: 7 Euro shipping costs
• Order value from 100 Euros: 0 Euro shipping costs
