Since the beginning of KOLD Shapes, we have been working on the LEGEND.
A true wave board designed to hold your edge in tight bottom turns—and cleanly release the fins on powerful cutbacks. We're proud to finally present our classic yet progressive outline and extremely robust yet lightweight construction.

The LEGEND features a full-length single concave for maximum control at high speeds. The outline is engineered for precision in turns, while the rocker is specifically focused on the nose and tail , with a moderate rocker in the center for extra speed. This rocker profile also improves light-wind performance and upwind cruising .

Each board is handcrafted in Portugal – in one of the few workshops specializing in complex sandwich construction. The high-tech foam used can withstand pressures of up to 50,000 kg/m² , is completely waterproof, and offers a unique flex . For even greater strength and feedback, we use flax fiber stringers on the top and bottom – a natural material that also supports SustainSurf's Eco Board certification .

The LEGEND is perfectly suited to strapless riding – the squash tail releases effortlessly for your airs. However, we've deliberately included inserts if you prefer to ride with straps. No matter how you use it, this LEGEND will make you smile with tight turns and endless waves .
